Here's the answers to a few questions that might prove helpful. And please don't hesitate to to contact me if you have anything else you would like to know?

 When did you start drawing?
Every artist gets asked this at some point. I've always been drawing, I've always enjoyed creating things and yes I used to get told off for drawing cartoon characters at school when I should have been working. I was influenced by Sonic The Comic and Christopher Hart's 'How to draw cartoon animals' to start drawing characters. I learned how to colour on computer from many great internet friends and have continued to learn since then.
My inspiration comes from various sources including; anime, fantasy, movies, music and various weird ideas that pass between the ears.

How do your commissions work?
Well first you have to contact me. Then we can discuss the details of your project and then price.
I will then send you sketches of your ideas, if you're happy with those I will then go on to outlining and flat colouring, again I will send you these images, at these different stages you can request changes to be made until you are happy with the work. Images are then shaded. At this point I will require that payment be sent before I send the finished image.

Do you take requests?
I'm really sorry but I don't take requests any more, I don't take part in trades either, I just don't have the time.
However if you have any picture ideas you'd like to see me try I do sometimes give them ago.
 
How do you create your images?
Step 1: When drawing I start with tiny thumb nail images, these are quick and easy to draw and let me come up with ideas quickly.
I can usually end up drawing loads of these before I get the image I want.
Step 2: I make a rough sketch of the image I want
This is a fun stage adding all the details and different elements,
the more the better!.
Step 3: The image is outlined and cleaned up, this can take a while to get just right.
How the lines are drawn can make a really big difference to a picture but each way has it's own quality, whether its sketchy or thick and cartoon-like.
Step 4: Flat colours are added to the image, at this point you can see how the image is shaping up. At this stage you can also play around with different colours to see what is going to work, getting colours right is important, however don't be afraid to try something new.

 Step 5: This is the hardest part, lots and lots of shading. Effects and backgrounds are added here too.
There are different ways of doing shading I love to play around with lots of different techniques.
